Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report dated December 16,2003, was deemed <br /> incomplete. Prior to Final Map Approval, an addendum shall be submitted to the <br /> Environmental Health Department and approved by the Environmental Health Department. <br /> B. Environmental Health Department requires a Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study <br /> indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to <br /> recordation of parcel/final map (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1105.2(d)). A Nitrate Loading Study is required, and a review fee of$465.00 must be paid at <br /> time of submittal to Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> NOTE: All percolation tests are to be conducted in areas of proposed engineer-designed <br /> septic systems. Prior to approval of percolation tests, a Parcel Map shall be <br /> submitted to the Environmental Health Department with dimensions of Septage <br /> area required by percolation tests under the San Joaquin County Sewage <br /> Standards, Section 10.3.1. <br /> C. A review fee of$465.00 shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department along <br /> with the engineered design criteria for the proposed sewage disposal system for each parcel <br /> for review and approval by the Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1105.2). <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br />
