FINDINGS <br /> The following sections describe Kleinfelder's findings and provide a general background <br /> information about the site. Findings include recognized environmental conditions, historically <br /> recognized environmental conditions, and deminimus quantities, as applicable to the site. <br /> Business environmental risk issues are discussed in Section 8.3, Deviations. In summary: <br /> 8.1.1. Background Information <br /> f <br /> Historical aerial photographs, topographic maps and Kleinfelder's site reconnaissance reveal that <br /> the site has been vacant or used for agricultural purposes since at least 1952. <br /> 8.1.2. Onsite Findings <br /> • The northern, eastern, and western portions of the site are located within oak woodland. <br /> , <br /> An abandoned brick building was noted near the southwestern portion of the site. <br /> • A wooden stage area, approximately 5 feet wide, 20 feet long, and 2 feet high, was noted <br /> along the northern wall of the building.
