Ernie Schenone, Jr.
Dear
Carl _
Per our conversations please make provisions to install a valve:thot cavi be accessed
via a Christie box to shut off the flow from the grease:trap..td the primary tank if
required.
Should we also-make provisions for a high tank level alarm In case we actually'use the
valve? Please recall that the tanks will be covered with concrete sty future access Wil
be extremely difficult.
Please also provide a quote for the addition of an Orenco Advantex AX-20 system.(or
equivalent)to the current naptic system. My understanding is this device supports an t
aeroble process that will significantly reduce the Nitrites in my effluent.
I am very sorry for exposing you to the uncertainty and confusion surrounding my
project. Here are a flew facts surrounding the current status;
I. San Joaquin County Environmental Health (EHD);on April 30, 2003 approved
our submitted building plans(See attached letter). The BHD was allowed by the
Regional Water Control Board (Board)to sign grading permit and building permit.
The Board told the FHD that they would be Issuing a letter ln.the.future
requesting me to submit a report of waste discharge; a,
2. On May 2, the Board Issued the letter(Attached)to the 11-113'confirmin19 that the'
County can move forward with it's permitting process contingent upon the fact
that I respond to any request for information and that I comply with any MR's .
that would be forthcoming,
3. The board did not accept my responses to the request for Information and the
original consultant I hired considers the project complete. He will not assist In
addressing the request for information nor In clarifying information previously
submitted to the Board.
.. i
