Because of this consultant's preliminary analysis and conversations with <br /> the Board he has recommended the grease trap valve and the addition of <br /> the Advantex system. <br /> b. His report is not yet complete and the board has not reviewed it. <br /> 5. It is my understanding that you discussed these requested changes WithMikeHuggins at Environmental Health. He told you this was an engineered'system <br /> designed by Don Chesney Con-suiting and that no changes could be made <br /> without his approval and the approval of San Joaquin County. <br /> 6. 1 spoke with Donna Heron and Al Olsen at EHD and conveyed to them our <br /> confusion of how we should proceed. Al Olson confirmed that the Board Is the <br /> lead agency and stated basically that they would work with us on any <br /> modification needed to the system to satisfy tFie Board.
