The EHD approves the <br /> Nitrate <br /> Loading Study with'the" <br /> following conditions: i <br /> 1. Prior to signing for issuance of grading permits,provide the EHD with an enlarged drawning <br /> to scale plan of the proposed Alternative Civil Engineered Septic System submitted on April <br /> 15,2002. Original proposed septic.system area indicated a forty-five(45)by forty-.(40)foot <br /> filter bed. Plans recently submitted'indicate a change to forty-(40)by forty-(40)foot filter <br /> bed and possible teach lines without seepage pits. <br /> 2. Prior to signing for issuance of building permilt,the EHD will require individual parcels <br /> involved with this development to be merged,with a recorded easement to access APN <br /> Parcel Number 019.240-44 and 019-24.0-46 for the required one hundred percent(100%) <br /> replacement area for seepage, Provide documentation to the E14D for merger completion." <br /> 3, Prior to signing of commercial occupancy permit, install under permit and inspection with ' <br /> the EHD the proposed Alternative Civil Engineered Septic System, The fee for an <br /> installation and inspection permit is$890.00.
