I have tried to resolve my issues with Mike Huggins directly. When <br /> that was not affective I elevated my concerns first to Donna Heran and then to Supervisor Sleglock. <br /> r Linda Begley of EHD Informing me that my fax of July 24 was reeelved but that Donna Horan was on <br /> vacation and that program managers were working on a response. <br /> After much urging on my part the California Regional Water Control Board finally agreed to visit my facility <br /> on Friday,August 1,2003. 1 met with Wendy Wyles and Tim O'Brien. I was Informed by Wendy Wyles <br /> that the EHD would also be attending. The meeting was just about wrapping up after approximately half <br /> an hour when in walks Mike Huggins along with another member of the EHD whom I am not familiar wlthl <br /> Mike Huggins and the Regional Board personnel then spent about forty minutes talking In the parking lot <br /> of my facility. I have not been made aware of the nature or details of this conversation. <br /> I <br /> I have also attached a copy of a fax I sent to Mike Huggins dated April 28,2003 outlining my concerns to <br /> that point. Also attached Is a brief chronology of the EHD Involvement in my project. <br /> I can Imagine that you are very busy with the currant county labor situation and I apologize for having to <br /> bring this issue up to you.
