Chesney Consulting completed his report dated <br /> December 31, 2002 and submitted the 65-page report to your office on <br /> January 22, 2003 along with the $445 required review fee. <br /> Don Chesney worked very closely with you during the preparation of his <br /> I report to insure that his design and analysis would meet your <br /> requirements. This is demonstrated by the inclusion In his report of <br /> numerous examples of where he has specified a feature or function "per <br /> EHD recommendations". In addition to the coordination by Chesney <br /> Consulting I have also discussed our project with you and Ray Borges <br /> many times throughout the approximately last two years in an attempt to <br /> understand and comply with your requirements. <br /> In addition to the conventional testing normally done for this type of <br /> project Chesney Consulting also performed additional testing to support <br /> his analysis including a double ring infiltrometer test. <br /> We have received no response from your office regarding this report. <br /> B. The applicant shall provide written_confirmation from the water oro�iders <br /> th@1 Improvements have been constructed or financial a an ements have <br /> een made for any Improvements required by the aciency and that the <br /> ency has or will have the capacity to serve the proposed development. <br /> As indicated on our site approval application, and on drawings submitted <br /> for permit purposes, our proposed facility in located within County Service <br />'F Area (CSA) 43, which provides drinking water to the township of <br />! Clements. <br /> I have requested a written will serve letter on three separate occasions at <br /> the Public Works Department Counter.
