This <br /> part will be under the supervislon of the county and plans will be <br /> submitted as soon as we develop'them and prior to our application for <br /> Phase II building permit. <br /> The work for Phase If will be submitted under a separate building permit. <br /> It is our intent to fast track and focus on the new manufacturing building <br /> (Phase 1) before we work on the retail building (Phase 11). We urgently <br /> need to move Into our new manufacturing facility before the start of our <br /> traditional busy season in August—September. However, we do not <br /> intend to delay Phase 11 at all. We just want to insure that phase 1 goes <br /> as quickly as possible. <br /> Phase If of our project has already been included in the calculations and <br /> sizing of the septic systAm.
