Wholesale <br /> food manufacturing does not fall under the supervision of the County. { <br /> In Phase 11 of our project we will be remodeling the IQOF brick building I <br /> into a retail candy shop, espresso bar, and Ice cream scoop shop. This <br /> part will be under the supervisfon of the county and plans will be <br /> submitted as soon as we develop them and prior to our application for <br /> Phase II building permit. <br /> The work for Phase 11 will be submitted under a separate building permit. <br /> It Is our intent to fast track and focus on the new manufacturing building <br /> (Phase 1) before we work on the retail building (Phase II). We urgently <br /> need to move into our new manufacturing facility before the start of our � <br /> traditional busy season in August—September. However, we do not <br /> Intend to delay Phase it at all. We just want to insure that Phase I goes <br /> as quickly as possible. <br /> Phase II of our project has already been included in the calculations and <br /> sizing of the septic system. Again it will consist mainly of a 2- <br /> compartment sink for the washing of hands and hand tools.
