Per our discussion attached is a <br /> Copy of the Memo written by Chesney Consulting dated March 1, 2003 which <br /> addresses your request for Information. <br /> Today we also discussed the possibility of adding two future candy cooling tables. <br /> These tables are typically 3 x 8 ft. stainless steel water jacketed tables- Tap water Is <br /> ` circulated to cool candy fillings and then dumped overboard. Use would tie occasional <br /> only. The table has a '/" NPT connection to which both hot and cold water are plumbed <br /> with ball valves and a temperature gauge. I was proposing that we could dump that <br /> water Into the storm drain to prevent additional load on the septic: system. I have <br /> requested water flow Information on the future cooling tables from the manufacturer. I <br /> will forward as soon as I get a reply. <br /> Don Chesney's memo accurately describes our waste disposal and typical water usage, <br /> Please note we only have one 60 gallon kettle with provisions being installed for one <br /> additional kettle In our hot pack area.
