A monitoring program shall be implemented for the proposed Alternative Civil Engineered <br /> Septic System to validate the operation of the system as proposed by your Nitrate Loading <br /> Study. A monitoring program,shall include routine quarterly sampling of sewage effluent to <br /> assess efficiency and denitrification process. Quarterly sampling of effluent prior to disposal <br /> into leach field shall include the fallowing: f <br /> (a) B.O.D. (b) T.S.S. (c)T.D.S. <br /> (d) C.B.O.D. <br /> 6. Monitoring ports that are described in your chambered system shall be used for testing, <br /> starting 6 months after operation. She stated she would draft a letter on May 1,2003,requestingihe applicant to <br />{ submit a report of waste discharge addressing the State's requirements. Within this letter,Ms. <br /> sign the grading permit and building permit. During <br /> WyeIs stated she would allow the EHD to <br /> this conversation,we discussed floor sinks and the type of waste that would be allowed to be <br />' discharged to floor sinks under the Regional Waste Discharge requirements.
