The EHD approves the Nitrate Loading <br /> following conditions: <br /> 1. Prior to signing for issuance of grading permits,provide the EHD with an enlarged drawning <br /> to scale plan of the proposed Alternative Civil Engineered Septic System submitted 4 April <br /> forty- )fOOt <br /> 15,2002. original proposed septic system area indicated aforty-five(45)by 40 foot filter <br /> filter bed. Plans recently submitted indicate a change to forty-(40)by forty f ) <br /> bed and possible leach lines without seepage'pits. <br /> 2. Prior to signing for issuance of building permit,the EHD will require individual parcels <br /> involved with this development to be merged, with a recorded easement to access <br /> 1 4% <br /> Parcel Number 019-240-44 and 019-240-46 for the required one hundred pe ( ) <br /> replacement area for seepage. Provide documentation to the EHD for merger completion. <br /> 3. Prior to signing of commercial occupancy permit,install under permit and inspection with <br /> the EHD the proposed Alternative Civil Engineered Septic System- The fee for an <br /> installation and inspection permit is $890.00. The Environmental Health Department will <br /> require a flow meter on outflow of pumps installed in a Christy Box or equivalent to provide <br /> easy access for reading for your quarterly monitoring report. <br /> 4. Prior to signing of the commercial occupancy permit,make an application to the <br /> Environmental Health Department to operate the Alternative Civil Engineered Septic <br /> System. The fee for this permit is an annual fee of$450.00. <br />
