The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development, The fee is due and <br /> payable.at the time of,building permit application. (The,fee_currently is $634.00 per 1,000 gross , <br /> square foot of building designated as Manufacturing in Lockeford area. The fee shall be ' <br /> automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as <br /> published by the Engineering News Record. A credit may be allowed if it can be verified that the <br /> existing development on this site was in operation on or after April 23, 1990.) <br /> (Resolutions 00-433) <br /> 6. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 7. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066)that this development <br /> has met the requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. Final Site Plan is <br /> required upon submittal of verification. <br /> 8.
