Lukas APN-019-240-35 <br /> { INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated <br /> Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Sixth Street has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 40 <br /> feet. State Route Highway 88 has an existing right-of-way width of 80 feet and a planed right-of- <br /> way width as determinded by Cal Trans. <br /> A Cal Trans encroachment permit shall be required for work within State Route Highway 88 <br /> right-of-way. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of <br /> San Joaquin County Standards R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> 3. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee may be required for this development. The fee is due <br /> and payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $3,588.00 per <br /> 1,000 gross square foot of building designated as Retail Service generated in the Lockeford <br /> area.
