Martin <br /> Re : APPEAL OF MS-91-78 <br /> Dear Mr. Martin, <br /> We , the surrounding property owners wish to again express our <br /> concern over the minor sub-division being appealed, namely <br /> application TMS-91-78 which would divide 25+ acres into two parts <br /> creating on 2 acre parcel and a 23+/- acre parcel . <br /> As we stated in our letter dated March 27 , 1991 the existing <br /> private road off of Highway 88 is now utilized by eight <br /> residences and three farming operations . <br /> The current use of the right of way by the residents , farming <br /> equipment , as well as seasonal workers , is taxing the limits of <br /> safe use and upkeep of the roadway. <br /> It is our understanding that not only would we have additional <br /> people using the 40 foot easement to access the parcels it is <br /> the intent to use the 50 foot Road Easement along the north line <br /> of Parcels "A,B, C & D" . It clearly states on the parcel map <br /> prepared by Monte K. Seibel dated 2-27-87 that Parcels "C" and <br /> "D" shall not have access to the 50-foot Road Easement and that <br /> this stipulation was a condition to allowing the original parcel <br /> split . <br /> As we stated before there are at least nine different parties <br /> using access to the 40 foot easement off of State Highway 88 and <br /> six different parties using the 50 foot easement along Parcels <br /> A, B , C , & D. <br /> For these reasons we are again urging DENIAL of the proposed <br /> application. <br /> Thank you for your consideration. <br /> The surrounding property owners : <br /> Mr . & Mrs .
