SITE SEPTIC PERMIT HISTORY <br /> The permits on record at EHD for the address of 9593 North State Highway 88 indicated that in <br /> 1995,an additional 40-foot leach line was added to the system disposing into a 36-inch diameter by <br /> 25-feet deep seepage pit. This additional leach line brings the total leech lines on the subject parcel <br /> to two.The permits on record at EHD for the address of 9601 North State Highway 88 on the subject <br /> parcel indicate the installation of a complete septic system to include a 1,600-gallon septic tank and <br /> two 75-!feet leech lines discharging into 36-inch diameter by 25-feet deep seepage pits. <br /> C2J i <br /> i <br /> 3.3.
