PARCEL VICINITY LOCATION MAP <br /> San Joaquin County Assessor's Map Book 089 Page 02 depicts the site parcel (APN 089-020-29) <br /> on the easternportion of the page bordering parcel APN 089-020-28 on the west through north,State <br /> Highway No. 88 on the cast and the Calaveras River on the south. The parcel vicinity map and an <br /> overhead satellite map are included as Appendix B. <br /> 1.4. SITE MAP <br /> i <br /> A plan of the specific site features(i.e.,structures,drives,wells,septic systems,large trees,pastures, ' <br /> pools, natural drainage courses, ponds, waterways, etc.) is illustrated on Figure 2. (/ <br /> 2.0. PRESENT AND PAST USAGE OF SITE <br /> The property has been used for residential and light agriculture purposes.The current home structure <br /> was erected in the mid 1800's. The property is situated on the northern bank of the Calaveras River. <br /> t <br /> 2.1. POTENTIAL SITE PROBLEM ASSESSMENT <br /> 3 <br /> Current water supply for the property is provided by a multiple-use water well located to the west } <br /> of the property on APN: 089-020-29. A newly installed multiple-use water supply well is nowl <br /> located in the south-central portion of the property,a sufficient distance(over 300 linear feet-Figure 62- <br /> 2) from the two existing site septic systems. This new well is currently being plumbed into the <br /> existing domestic piping system and should be on-line and operational within a few weeks of this <br /> report publication date. <br /> i <br /> 3.0. EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> The current septic systems include two residential systems located west and north of the residential <br /> building (Figure 2). The west septic system is utilized by the residence. The north septic system is <br /> currently permitted,but not used. The north septic system is proposed to service the winery,which <br /> will located in the northwest corner of the property.Additionally,the north septic system leach field <br /> is planned to be re-located along the northern border of the property to facilitate parking construction <br /> to the east of the winery.
