Approve the Negative Declaration: and <br /> Z Approve Site Approval Appiication No.SA-93-4 with the Findings and Conditions of Approval <br /> given in the staff report. <br /> FINDINGS <br /> 1, The proposed use is consistent with the goals, policies,standards, and maps of the General Pian <br /> and any applicable Specific Pian. <br /> • This finding can be made because the AG-40 zone for the project site is consistent <br /> with the site's General Plan designation of General Agriculture. The category of <br /> Preparation Services within the Agricultural Processing.. use type permits <br /> estabilshmentsprimarily engaged Irr performing limited processing on crops with an <br /> approved Site Approval application. There is no.Specific Plan. <br /> 2. Adequate utiliitim,roadway improvements,sanitation,water supply,drainage,and other necessary <br /> facilities have.been provided,and the proposed improvements are property related to existing and <br /> proposed roadways. <br /> • This finding can be made because the site has access by frontage on Jack Tone <br /> Road,and.provisions for a septic system, an on-site well, and on-site drainage must <br /> meet County standards and code requirements. <br /> 3. The site is physically sultable for the type of development and for the intensity of development. <br /> • <br /> This finding can be made because the site plan, along. with the recommended <br /> Conditions of Approval,will ensure that all code requirements and standards will be <br /> MOL <br /> 4. Issuance of the permit will not be significantly detrimental to the public health, safety, or welfare. <br /> or be injurious to the property or improvements of adjacent properties. <br /> • This finding can be made because the Environmental Initial Study prepared found no <br /> potentially significant environmental impacts. <br /> 5. The use is compatible with adjoining land uses. <br /> • This finding can be made because this Is a permitted agricultural use in an <br /> agricultural area. <br />
