The spaces shall be located as close as possible to the primary entrance (CCR; Tdle 24). (2) Provide Identification signs for the parking spaces,Including the'tow away sign, at each entrance or visible from each space (CCR,Title 24). (3) The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1/4 inch per foot (CCR, Title 24). d. Fire apparatus access roads shall be required for new development constructed when arty portion of an exterior wall of the first story is located more than 150 feet from the public access road. This road shall be constructed to most or exceed standards published In Public Works' design standards (Section 10.203, UFC). The access road must be fully improved to these standards prior to any final Inspections. 5. AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT. a. Prior to operation,the applicant shall comply with the rules and regulations of the New Source Review Rule and will need to-apply for an-Authority to Construct and Permit..to. Operate according to the rules and regulations of the District- b. The applicantshall comply with the District's dust mitigation measures during on-site construction. 6. LINDEN-PETERS FIRE DISTRICT: a Provide fire protection, including fire mains,fire hydrants,fire sprinkler systems, and any other fire protecxbn systems required by San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 3564; the Uniform Fire Code,and the National Fire Protection Association. Plans and specifications for all fire protection systems shall be submitted to this fire department for approval prior to construction and installation. The hydrant type is to be specked by this department. b. Provide fire department access per San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 3664, Section 4- 1006, and UFC Article 10, Sections 10.203 and 10.204. Fire department access is to installed prior to construction of any buildings,per UFC Article 10,Section 10.502 Plans and specifications are to be submitted to this fire department for approval prior to construction. C. Provide fire hydrants at the bin storage area, per San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 3664, Section 4-1014, and UFC Article 30, Section 30.106. Plans and specifications are to be submitted to the fire department for approval prior to construction. The bin storage area Is to be gridded per the same code section. d. Identify any building to be used for high pile storage(arty storage over 12 feet or any rack storage or any pallets stored over six feet). This storage is to comply with UFC Article 81, including special fire protection.
