The spaces shall be located as <br /> close as possible to the primary entrance (CCR; Tdle 24). <br /> (2) Provide Identification signs for the parking spaces,Including the'tow away sign, <br /> at each entrance or visible from each space (CCR,Title 24). <br /> (3) The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1/4 inch per foot (CCR, Title 24). <br /> d. Fire apparatus access roads shall be required for new development constructed when <br /> arty portion of an exterior wall of the first story is located more than 150 feet from the <br /> public access road. This road shall be constructed to most or exceed standards <br /> published In Public Works' design standards (Section 10.203, UFC). The access road <br /> must be fully improved to these standards prior to any final Inspections. <br /> 5. AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT. <br /> a. Prior to operation,the applicant shall comply with the rules and regulations of the New <br /> Source Review Rule and will need to-apply for an-Authority to Construct and Permit..to. <br /> Operate according to the rules and regulations of the District- <br /> b. The applicantshall comply with the District's dust mitigation measures during on-site <br /> construction. <br /> 6. LINDEN-PETERS FIRE DISTRICT: <br /> a Provide fire protection, including fire mains,fire hydrants,fire sprinkler systems, and any <br /> other fire protecxbn systems required by San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 3564; the <br /> Uniform Fire Code,and the National Fire Protection Association. Plans and specifications <br /> for all fire protection systems shall be submitted to this fire department for approval prior <br /> to construction and installation. The hydrant type is to be specked by this department. <br /> b. Provide fire department access per San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 3664, Section 4- <br /> 1006, and UFC Article 10, Sections 10.203 and 10.204. Fire department access is to <br /> installed prior to construction of any buildings,per UFC Article 10,Section 10.502 Plans <br /> and specifications are to be submitted to this fire department for approval prior to <br /> construction. <br /> C. Provide fire hydrants at the bin storage area, per San Joaquin County Ordinance No. <br /> 3664, Section 4-1014, and UFC Article 30, Section 30.106. Plans and specifications are <br /> to be submitted to the fire department for approval prior to construction. The bin storage <br /> area Is to be gridded per the same code section. <br /> d. Identify any building to be used for high pile storage(arty storage over 12 feet or any rack <br /> storage or any pallets stored over six feet). This storage is to comply with UFC Article 81, <br /> including special fire protection. <br />
