The proposed use is consistent with the goals,policies,standards,and maps of the General Plan <br /> and any applic�Specific Plan. <br /> • This finding can be made because the AG-40 zone for the project site Is consistent <br /> with thoe te's General Plan designation of Agriculture. The category of Preparation <br /> Service within the Agricultural Processing use type permits establishments primarily <br /> en d:In performing,Ilmited processing:on crops-with an approved:Site Approval <br /> application. There IS no SpecMe Plan. <br /> 2. Adequate udfi ies,roadway improvements,sanitation,watersupply,drainage,and other necessary l <br /> facilities haus been provided,and the proposed Improvements are properly related to existing and <br /> proposed roadways. <br /> 6 <br /> • This finding can be made because the site has access by frontage on Jack Tone <br /> Road,and provisions-for a septic system,an on-site well, and on-site drainage must <br /> meet County standards,and code requirements:. <br /> 3, The site is physically suitable for the type of development and for the Intensity of development. <br /> • This finding can be made because the. site plan, along with the recommended <br /> Conditions of Approval,will ensure that aN code requirements:and standards will be <br /> met. <br /> 4. Issuance of the permit will not be significantly detrimental to the public health, safety,or welfare <br /> or be injurious to the property or improvements of adjacent properties. <br /> • This flrxling can be made because the Environmental Initial Study prepared found no <br /> potentially significant environmental impacts. <br /> 5. The use is compatible with adjoining land uses. <br /> • This finding can be made because this is a permitted agricultural use In an agricultural <br /> area <br />
