The two phases will be constructed over a <br /> Ove-year period: Phase 1 c:ortsists of a 32;852-square-foot area for cold storage, a machine room, a <br /> shipping ofElic% and a reoeiving of ce. Phase.2"consists of a 54,481-square-foot area for the fumigation <br /> control rooms, a shop, and Me processing fines where cherries are sorted, washed, and packed. Also � <br /> to be wed during this phase is a 3,047-square-foot office area,and two commercial coaches with <br /> a covered area wW be provided for the employees lunch room. During this phase, the process of <br /> fumigates of the cherries will be initiated. During the period when the site is being used for cold storage, <br /> there will be pr irrtately nine employees with hours from 8:00 am. to 5:00 p.m. For the five weeks <br /> during the cherry packing season,the hours of operation w0l be from 7:00 am.to 5:00 p.m., severs days <br /> a.week,wkh 150 empk yeas. For two weeks during the fiNe-week cherry packing season, there will be <br /> y an additionid-shlftfrotn 6:00 p.m.to 3:00 am., with 110 employees. Sewage cGsposal wiNbe provided <br /> by a new septic system, and water will be provided by a new weN. The storm drainage will be handled <br /> by an on-site retention pond. <br />
