Shelton Road, Linden <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other <br /> Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements can not be modified. <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by.Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development 11de must be performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map indicating,that <br /> the area is suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and <br /> run by a State-approved lab. {Development T-itle Section 9-1115.7) <br /> C. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division (San Joaquin County Ordinance 1862, Section 5-4100) as follows: The well <br /> discharge pipe must be plumbed over the top of the standpipe and have twice the <br /> diameter of the discharge pipe air gap from top of the stand pipe, or install San Joaquin <br /> County approved bwkftow valves. <br /> d. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development (Ordinance Code Section 5- <br /> 3003). <br /> e.
