The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance requirements will <br /> be applicable and shall be�hvAxporated in the conatructlon plates before submittal to the <br /> Building Inspection Division:, . <br /> a. A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a grading permit Issued by the Building <br /> Inspection Division prior to performing any excavation or filling of earth material: <br /> a. A grading plan shall contain the Information listed M the U.B.C.,Appendix, Chapter <br /> 70, Section 7006(1). <br /> b. The grading plan shall Include complete drainage details and elevations of-the <br /> adjacent parcels. Retaining wail details shall be submitted where applicable. <br />
