Shelton Road, Under <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other <br /> Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements can not be modified. <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title,must beperformed:pr or to recordation of Parcel Map indicating that <br /> the area is suitable for septic tank usage, <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dlbmmochloropropane <br /> (DRCP)and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and <br /> run by a State-approved lab. (Development Title Section 9-1115.7) <br /> C. The well mast be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division (San Joaquin County Ordinance 1862, Section 5-4100) as follows: The well <br /> discharge pipe must be plumbedover the top of the standpipe and have twice the <br /> diameter of the diisgharp pipe air gap from top of the stand pipe, or install San Joaquin <br /> County approved backflow valves. <br /> d. Construct an individual sewap disposal system(s) under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development (Ordinance Code Section 5- <br /> 3003). <br /> e. Consuucfm of an indivuhud domestic water well under a well permit and inspection by <br /> the Bavironmeutal Health Division at the time of development.
