Fire apparatus access roads shall be required for new development constructed when any <br /> portion of an exterior wag of the first story Is located°more than 150 feat from the public <br /> access road. This road shell be constructed to meet or exceed standards published in Public <br /> Work design standards(Sec.10.203 UFC).
