Sun Rd. ) said he owns a cherry orchard across <br /> from .the plant. He. felt that Findings .14 and 15 could not be met. <br /> He felt that. the " traffic report prepared by omni'` ' Means was <br /> inaccurate. <br /> Joe Ghio (11222 E. Fairchild Rd.) expressed concern over traffic <br /> safety. <br /> Lino Risso (11855_ E. Fairchild Rd. ) spoke about traffic on <br /> Fairchild Road. <br /> Gerald Nola (12525 E. Fairchild Rd. ) , questioned the validity of <br /> the traffic impact report. He submitted a publication, gestern <br /> Fruitgrower, with an article on "Sierra Hills" and the plan to <br /> include other fruit in the cold storage operation. me said this <br /> use should be located in an industrial area. He suggested that the <br /> apple orchard on the corner would be an area of further expansion. <br /> Louis Casale '(19077'-Lambert Way, Lockeford) said that he and his <br /> brother own property to the north of the facility. He said the <br /> County Agricultural Inspector will require them to restrict their <br /> spraying operations in order to create a buffer. He said he would <br /> have to forfeit 5 acres of apples (4 rows of trees) . He said the <br /> project is too big for the area. <br /> Jerry Senderov (12797 E.
