Water Supply <br /> The Department of Public Works has indicated that CSA 44 can serve the proposed site for water supply. <br /> The General Plan and Zone Reclassification appear to be consistent with the requirements of the General <br /> Plan and Development Title. <br /> Storm Water Drainage <br /> The Department of Public Works has indicated that CSA 44 can serve the proposed site for storm water <br /> drainage. The General Plan and Zone Reclassification appear to be consistent with the requirements of <br /> the General Plan and Development Title. <br /> Neighborhood Opposition <br /> The Community Development Department has received four letters in opposition to the proposed General <br /> Plan Map Amendment and Zone Reclassification. The letters expressed concern about reducing the size <br /> of the three parcels and the increased traffic associated with additional residences. The Community <br /> Development Department has reviewed the size of the parcels in the surrounding vicinity: Approximately <br /> 7 of the 21 parcels that have frontage along Fairoaks Road between MacArthur Drive and Apricot Lane <br /> are between 0.55 acres and 0.87 acres in size. Additionally, the. Department of Public Works has <br /> determined that traffic as a result of the General Plan Amendment, Zone Reclassification, and any future <br /> subdivision of the parcels is,not expected to be significant.
