We enjoy the country feel of the neighborhood and the sense of space that <br /> it provides. <br /> Recently, we received an Application Referral and map outlining the above parcels and <br /> their desire to change the General Plan for these parcels from Rural Residential to Very <br /> Low Density Residential. We strongly oppose this change and fccl that these parcels <br /> should remain one-acre parcels. <br /> If the change in zoning takes place, the above parcels will be srilit into half-acre parcels, <br /> holds on Fairoaks Road instead of three. If <br /> meaning that there will be six additional hovsc <br /> • •• that would increase the <br /> these parcels choose to build a Castta on the same property, <br /> households to twelve. This is an enormous increase of homes as.well as automobiles on <br /> such a short stretch of road, ` <br /> Please reconsider the rezoning of these parcels and keep the Rural Residential zone <br /> classification,maintaining one-acre parcels.
