NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT BEGINNING 1:30 P.M., ON,FEBRUARY 1-1;'2003, oras soon as the matter can be heard thereafter, THE SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY'BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, IN THE CHAMBERS OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, on the Seventh Floor of the Courthouse, 222 East Weber Avenue, Stockton, California, will hold a public hearing and receive oral and written statements regarding the following application and its environmental determination: PUBLIC'HEARING REGARDING GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT NO. PA-02-577 AND ZONE RECASSIFICATION.NO. PA-02-576 OF CASTELLO ESTATES to change the General Plan and Zoning designation of three parcels totaling three acres from Rural Residential to Residential-Very Low Density. The project site is located on the south side of.Fairoaks Drive, approximately 187 feet east of MacArthur Drive, Tracy (Supervisorial District 5).. Environmental Determination: An Initial Study indicates that this project-will not have a significant effect on the environment, and a Negative Declaration.has been posted. All persons interested in this matter are invited to be present and submit written and/or oral statements regarding the project or the environmental determination at this hearing.
