The land grades gently up to the northeast. <br /> L <br /> According to San Joaquin County Community Development Department, the Site is zoned General <br /> Agriculture. This zone is established to,"preserve agricultural lands for the continuation of <br /> commercial agriculture enterprises." (www.co.san-joaquin.ca.us, 2005) Minimum parcel sizes <br /> within the AG Zone are 20, 40, 80 or 160 acres, as specified by the precise zoning. <br /> L1.2 Proposed Development <br /> Our office was provided with a preliminary map from Shoup Land Surveying, showing the proposed <br /> L development. The map shows the proposed development of seven 2-acre lots from an existing 15 <br /> acre lot. Each lot is proposed to have a private well and septic system.According to personal <br /> communication with Stacey Griffith on September 12,2005, the existing storage shed and residence <br /> Lare to be demolished in the near future. <br /> 1.3 Site Vicinity <br /> A site vicinity map is included in the appendix of this report as Plate 2.
