(www.co.san-joaquin.ca.us, 2005) Minimum parcel sizes <br /> within the AG Zone are 20, 40, 80 or 160 acres, as specified by the precise zoning. <br /> L1.2 Proposed Development <br /> Our office was provided with a preliminary map from Shoup Land Surveying, showing the proposed <br /> L development. The map shows the proposed development of seven 2-acre lots from an existing 15 <br /> acre lot.
