No septic permits were found on file for the address of l 3 I 5801 Foppiano Lane,Stockton at San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD), l L on August 23,2005. 3.2 On-Site Septic System Permit History No septic permits were found for the Site during file review at EHD on August 23, 2005 3.3 On-Site Septic System Repair Permit History V No septic repair permits were found for the Site during file review at EHD on August 23, 2005. L 3.4 Existing Septic System Usage in the Vicinity 3 3, In an attempt to determine the septic system density for the vicinity of the Site, our office reviewed a 1993 aerial photograph of the subject property available from Microsoft Terraserver. We counted 6'm i the building clusters within one square mile of the Site, and made the assumption that each building i cluster has one septic system. Using this method,we determined that there are a minimum of 300 septic systems per square mile in the immediate vicinity of the Site. C3 i�5ss L The general area to the south of the subject property consists of agriculture with a few residences. l To the northeast of the subject property is major development of the town of Morada which utilizes septic systems. I L 3.5 Septic System Permit History in the Vicinity The following septic system permits were found for the vicinity of the Site during file review at EHD on August 23, 2005: Table 1.
