No septic permits were found on file for the address of l 3 I <br /> 5801 Foppiano Lane,Stockton at San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD), l <br /> L on August 23,2005. <br /> 3.2 On-Site Septic System Permit History <br /> No septic permits were found for the Site during file review at EHD on August 23, 2005 <br /> 3.3 On-Site Septic System Repair Permit History <br /> V <br /> No septic repair permits were found for the Site during file review at EHD on August 23, 2005. <br /> L 3.4 Existing Septic System Usage in the Vicinity 3 3, <br /> In an attempt to determine the septic system density for the vicinity of the Site, our office reviewed <br /> a 1993 aerial photograph of the subject property available from Microsoft Terraserver. We counted 6'm <br /> i <br /> the building clusters within one square mile of the Site, and made the assumption that each building <br /> i cluster has one septic system. Using this method,we determined that there are a minimum of 300 <br /> septic systems per square mile in the immediate vicinity of the Site.
