A residence is <br /> depicted to the south of the property. <br /> In the 1983 & 1993 photos, the subject property and vicinity are similar to the previous photo. <br /> These photos are included in Appendix C of this report. NOA's ability to interpret the land <br /> uses is limited by the scale and quality of the photos. <br /> 2.3 United States Geological Survey Topographic Maps <br /> The topographic quadrangle depicting the subject property is the U.S. Geological Survey, Gait, <br /> California, quadrangle map. One 7.5-minute map dated 1976, was obtained from Microsoft <br /> Terraserver. <br /> In the 1976 map, the property is depicted approximately forty feet above mean sea level and is <br /> depicted as open land with unimproved roads. At least four buildings and a pond are depicted <br /> at the northeast corner of the property. Three wells are depicted on the property and the <br /> northern property line borders Sacramento County. Surrounding properties are depicted <br /> primarily as open land. A woodland area and Dry Creek are depicted north the property. A <br /> waterway is depicted south of the property. <br /> PThis map is included in Appendix C of this report. <br /> 0 2.4 Interviews <br /> An attempt was made to obtain historical as well as current information relative to the subject <br /> property from the property owner or key site manager of the property. An Environmental <br /> Questionnaire and Disclosure Statement was completed by Joseph Eger, owner of the subject <br /> project, on July 10, 2009. A copy of the responses has been included in this report as <br /> Appendix D. <br /> In responses to the questionnaire, Mr. Eger indicated a title report or environmental report have <br /> not been prepared for the property. He was not aware of any environmental liens or land use <br /> limitations recorded against the property. He indicated He did not have specialized knowledge <br /> or experience relating to environmental conditions on the property. <br /> FjMr. Eger indicated there was no other purpose for the completion of this SSCR, beyond <br /> satisfying San Joaquin County requirements for parcel division. Mr. Eger indicated Gretchen A. <br /> & Joseph R. Eger are the current property owners. He indicated the land was purchased in <br /> about 1995 from Mary Boskovich and is currently used for a vineyard, barns, shop and cabin. <br /> Mr. Eger indicated the property was used as a cattle ranch. He indicated there are no other <br /> businesses using any portion of the property.
