On a street map showing
the location of the subject property, a circle is drawn 0ne7quarter mile out from the property
boundaries, and street maps or web-based mapping services are then used to determine
address ranges for all streets within the quarter mile. All agency databases searchable by
address are then searched for these address ranges.
3.1.1 Regional Water Quality Control Board
NOA the Spills, Leaks, Investigations, and Cleanups (SLIQ list (1s' Quarter 2005) on file with
the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB)4 in an attempt to
determine if there are any files present at that agency which note the unauthorized release of a
toxic or hazardous agent into the environment on the subject property or within a one-quarter
mile radius of the subject property. NOA also reviewed the State of California Geotracker
websites for Leaking Underground Storage Tanks (LUST).
