Photographs <br /> of the subject property are attached to this report as Appendix B. <br /> vii r summarized in the following Observations made during the site visit e u a g table: <br /> Summary of Site Visit Observations <br /> SiteVQt:Observations <br /> i <br /> _1 Subject Property <br /> Current Use of Property The property consists of a wooded area along Dry Creek, <br /> vineyards, barn/shops, pasture and cabin. Tractors were <br /> observed in the barn/shop buildings as well as two <br /> pallets of dusting sulfur. No address was observed on <br /> the property. <br /> Evidence of Past Uses of None observed <br /> Property? <br /> Odors? None observed <br /> Pools of Liquid? None observed <br /> F + Electric or hydraulic Eight pole mounted transformers were observed on the <br /> equipment likely to contain property. A blue PCB free sticker was displayed on the <br /> polychlorinated biphenyls transformers. <br /> (PCBs)? <br /> Storage tanks? Five storage tanks were observed on the property. Three <br /> approximately 50 gallon drums were observed in the <br /> pump/water filtration shed near the center of the <br /> property. The drums were labeled Drip Rite 2500 and <br /> Aquatec 3000. Two large apparently empty storage <br /> containers were observed outside of the filtration shed. <br /> Mr. Eger indicated they may be used for pesticide storage <br /> by Brown Valley Ranches. <br /> Drums or other containers? See above <br /> Exterior On-Site Observations <br /> Pits, Ponds, Lagoons? One pond was observed east of the barn/shop area. <br /> Stained soil or pavement? Some minor staining was observed on the concrete pad <br /> near the tractor storage area. <br /> Solid waste? None observed <br /> Waste water discharge?
