Forest Lake Road. <br /> The Underground Storage Tank Site Mitigation List, dated February 18, 2009 and the LOP/Non- <br /> LOP Sites list, not dated, were reviewed at the EHD on June 24, 2009. No listed sites were <br /> found within one-quarter mile of the subject project. <br /> 3.1.3 San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services <br /> ttt+++ The San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services (OES) websitewas searched on June <br /> 24, 2009 in an attempt to determine whether a hazardous materials inventory is on file for the <br /> F1 subject property. No records were found for the subject property. <br /> 3.1.4 San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner <br /> The San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's Office8 was contacted regarding use of <br /> agricultural chemicals on the subject property. County agricultural records for the property <br /> were not yet available at the time of completing this report. An addendum letter will be issued <br /> at a later date upon receipt and review of the agricultural records. <br /> 3.1.5 Water Supply and Sewage Disposal System <br /> One domestic well and four agricultural wells are located on the subject property. <br /> The EHD well and septic permit files were searched on June 24, 2009 in an effort to obtain <br /> copies of permits for any water wells or septic tanks on the subject property; one well and two <br /> septic permits were found for the property. Copies of the permits have been included in <br /> Appendix E of this report. <br /> 3.1.6 Department of Oil. Gas, and Geothermal Resources <br /> The California Department. of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources (DOGGR) websites was <br /> ' reviewed for evidence of oil'or gas wells on or in the vicinity of the subject property.
