Highway 12 has over the past several years <br /> experienced a dramatic increase in traffic flow. Workers using this <br /> unauthorized access to the property create a dangerous traffic condition that <br /> can only lead to a serious accident <br /> Presently there exists a seven(7)truck commercial operation <br /> adjacent to this proposat and another commercial contractor operating <br /> across Highway 12 without a San Joaquin County Business License and in <br /> violation of the County Zoning Ordinance. <br /> The number of commercial trucks,contractor workers and <br /> contracting equipment utilizing Highway 12 has become a major safety <br /> hazard for this area which is zoned Ag 40. <br /> Documentation and photos concerning any of the issues mentioned <br /> above are available by request. <br /> For this reason the application for this proposal should be denied. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> onald I,.
