3.7 Description of proposed or expected maximum (including second unit dwellings) <br /> septic tank usage on site: Once the Minor Subdivision application (PA 13-15) is completed, there are <br /> plans for a residence to be built on one of the new parcels created. However, each parcel will be entitled <br /> to a primary unit and a second unit dwelling. <br /> 4.0 GROUNDWATER INFORMATION SECTION <br /> 4.1 Description of the depth and gradient of groundwater in the general area: The depth to <br /> ground water in this area is approximately 140 feet according to the map of"Lines of Equal Depth <br /> to Groundwater" published Spring, 2012, by the San Joaquin County Flood and Water Conservation <br /> District. The gradient descends from east to west. <br /> 4.2 Description/discussion of any existing and/or potential groundwater <br /> contamination issues in the general location of the site: The concerns for groundwater contamination <br /> in this ea eemed moderate due to the depths involved. Insecticides, pesticides, and fertilizers <br /> ` typicall do not ignificantly impact groundwater at these depths, however, as with any agricultural area, <br /> there is ay a potential for contamination due to chemicals used in the farming operation. <br /> ` 4.3 Description of location (address/API), type and construction of well and location <br /> (well head/kitchen tap)where water sample(s)were obtained: Water samples were taken from the <br /> _ faucet at the well located at 17601 E. Frazier Road on May 17, 2013 by Mike Toy of Dillon& Murphy. <br /> 4.4. Description of constituents being tested for in the water sample: The water samples are <br /> _ being tested for nitrates.and DBCP. <br /> 4.5 Description of how sample was obtained, handled, stored, and transported to the <br /> lab: The water samples were obtained from the faucet at the well. The samples were taken by <br /> Mike Toy of Dillon& Murphy, and driven directly to Precision Environ-Tech. The samples were <br /> taken and handled in accordance with Precision Environ-Tech requirements. The results from the <br /> test can be found in the Appendix. <br /> 4.6 Complete Chain of Custody document, including printed and signed name of third party <br /> sampler, condition of sample and date and time the sample was submitted to the lab. For <br /> Laboratory samplers, complete laboratory report to include the above noted information: The <br /> complete chain of custody document is located in the Appendix,) <br /> 5.0 SOIL PROFILE INFORMATION SECTION <br /> 5.1 Site map showing the location,with dimensions, of the soil profiled pit on the parcel. <br /> See Appendix. <br /> 5.2 Description of soil profile pit including depth and dimensions. The shallow test holes were <br /> prepared per County Standards. The holes were excavated to a depth of 42 inches and 10 inches in <br /> ` diameter.
