The past and present use of <br /> the property has been for farming. There is a house on one of the parcels. <br /> 3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE SECTION: <br /> 3.1 Description of Existing on-site septic tank usage: The purpose of this project is to create fourteen <br /> 40 acre parcels,a 40.82 acre parcel, and a 40.61 acre parcel. Two of the parcels having existing septic <br /> systems. One,of them is a developed parcel. Research revealed permits of the existing septic systems. <br /> (See Appendix) <br /> 3.2 Site Septic Permit History.,,Research for on-site septic permits revealed permits <br /> for subject parcel. (See Appendix) <br /> 3.3 Discussion of On-site Repair History: There is no hist ry of septic repair available for <br /> subject parcel. <br /> i <br /> 3.4 Description of Existing Septic Tank Usage in the General Area: Septic systems in the <br /> general area consists of what seem to be standard systems, consisting of leach lines and seepage pits. <br /> 3.5 General area septic permit history (number/types/dates of permits, age of system, permit <br /> numbers, copies in report): In searching permits for septic systems in San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department records, the septic systems in this general area range in installation <br /> ` dates from 1965 to 2013. (Copies of permits are in index.) <br /> 3.6 Discussion of general area septic tank repair history: Repair history of the septic tanks in j <br /> ` this area reveals that the leach lines and seepage pits have resulted in consistent unerring performance. <br /> There is one instance of repair to report(See Appendix). <br /> 1 <br />
