Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC). The SWRCB's GeoTracker database <br /> includes underground storage tank (UST) sites, leaking underground storage tank <br /> (LUST) sites, cleanup program sites, and land disposal sites. The database can be <br /> searched by reviewing two lists, the Permitted Underground Storage Tank (UST) Sites <br /> list and the Cleanup Sites list. DTSC's EnviroStor database includes Federal Superfund <br /> sites, State response sites, voluntary cleanup sites, school cleanup sites, corrective <br /> action sites, and permitted hazardous waste facilities. <br /> Live Oak searched both the GeoTracker and Envirostor databases on September 25, <br /> 2011 for any listed sites within one-quarter mile of the Site. The subject Site was not <br /> listed on either database, and no listed facilities were identified within one-quarter mile. <br /> 7.2 Environmental Health Department Databases <br /> On September 25, 2011, Live Oak reviewed the EHD's Underground Storage Tank Site <br /> Mitigation List, dated July 21, 2011, for surrounding facilities of concern. No listed <br /> facilities were identified within one-quarter mile of the subject Site. <br /> Live Oak reviewed the EHD's Water Well Data Table dated March 10, 2009 for nearby <br /> addresses that have been tested for nitrate and dibromochloropropane (DBCP), <br /> common ground-water contaminants in San Joaquin County. Two tested wells were <br /> identified within approximately three miles of the Site. DBCP was not detected in either ; <br /> of the wells. Nitrate as NO3 was detected in the wells at concentrations of 2.2 and 5.4 <br /> mg/L, well below the Maximum Contaminant Level (MCL) of 45 mg/L set by the US EPA <br /> for nitrate as NO3. <br /> 7.3 Office of Emergency Services Databases <br /> The San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services (OES) Hazardous Materials <br /> Management Program (HMMP) Compliance Website was searched on October 9, 2011. <br /> No records were identified for the Site addresses. ' <br /> Michelle Halliwell of the OES was interviewed by telephone on October 4, 2011. She <br /> indicated that no hazardous materials incident reports are on file in the OES database <br /> for locations within approximately one-quarter mile of the Site. <br /> 7.4 Agricultural Commissioner's Records <br /> The San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's Office was contacted regarding <br /> the agricultural use of the site. Chemical use reports were identified for the Site under <br /> the name Kautz Farms. According to these records, the Site has been used to grow <br /> grapes from 2007 through the present.
