The Form 200 indicates that San Joaquin County has determined that your facility is exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). However, the Notice of Determination and underlying environmental review documents were not included in the RWD. Provide copies of any Notices of Determination and environmental studies that were previously completed for the facility. If the planned improvements and/or expansion of the land application area will require a new CEQA review, provide a schedule for submitting the required application to the San Joaquin County Community Development Department. Failure to submit the requested information to the Board by the deadline above may result in the imposition of Administrative Civil Liability pursuant to Water Code section 13268; this potential liability can be as high as $1,000 per day. The State Water Board must receive the petition by 5:00 p.m., 30 days after the date of this Order, except that if the thirtieth day following the date of this Order falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or state holiday, the petition most be received by the State Water Board by 5:00 pm. on the next business day.
