State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees and customers the sewage <br /> disposal system is being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans that the leach field area <br /> will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach <br /> field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground <br /> utility lines (Development Title Section 9-1110.4[c)[51). In addition, the revised site plan shall <br /> incorporate the 100 percent designed sewage disposal replacement area. <br /> 4. If the business will handle or store hazardous materials such as gasoline, propane, oils, <br /> compressed gases, batteries, etc., at threshold reporting quantities(55 gallons liquid, 500 pounds <br /> soild, or 200 cubic feet compressed gas), then the business will be required to complete and <br /> submit a Hazardous Materials Plan (HMMP)to this office.
