Fremont St., Stockton) <br /> ACTION: On March 6, 2015, the San Joaquin County Community Development Department approved <br /> PA-1400091 subject to the enclosed Conditions of Approval. <br /> APPEAL PERIOD: This action can be appealed to the Planning Commission by any interested party. Appeals must <br /> be filed with this Department within 10 days of the action with an appeal fee of$353.00. The 10-day appeal period <br /> ends at 4:30 p.m. on March 16, 2015. If this date falls on a weekend or holiday, the appeal period will expire on the <br /> next regular business day at 4:30 p.m. <br /> EXPIRATION: This action requires you to comply with all Conditions of Approval within the next 18 months (by <br /> September 14, 2016).
