The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. (Resolution R-00-433) 4. The Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required for this application. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. The fee will be based on the current schedule at the time of payment. (Resolution R-06-38) 5. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable prior to issuance of the building permit. The fee shall be automatically increased on January 1 of each year through the year 2015 at the rate of 4.55 percent. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. 7. It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that a current will serve letter for sanitary sewer service is on file prior to release of building permit. The applicant or subsequent owner of the property will be responsible to ensure all requirements for sewer connection(s)are fulfilled prior to release of building permit. If any extension, connection, or placement of new facilities is required to connect to the existing:Hain sewer line, the cost shall be borne by the applicant. An improvement plan shall be submitted to Public Works for review and approval. Plan check and inspection fees will be required. A Plumbing Permit shall be obtained from the San Joaquin County Community Development Department,Building Division for connection to the sewer main line. 8. A terminal drainage system shall be provided in accordance with the San Joaquin County Development Standards and to provide adequate drainage for the site. (Development Title Section 9-1135.3) 9. The proposed project disturbs less than one(1)acre of ground and is not part of a larger plan of common development. The proposed project shall follow the practices of the County"Small Site Stormwater Management Plan". Informational Notes: (i.) A Solid Waste Diversion Plan for all applicable projects must be submitted to the Building Division of the Community Development Department prior to issuance of the building permit.
