The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. The Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required for this application. The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of building permit application. The fee will be based on the current schedule at the time of payment. <br /> (Resolution R-06-38) <br /> 5. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and <br /> payable prior to issuance of the building permit. The fee shall be automatically increased on January 1 of each <br /> year through the year 2015 at the rate of 4.55 percent. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 7. It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that a current will serve letter for sanitary sewer service is on <br /> file prior to release of building permit. The applicant or subsequent owner of the property will be responsible <br /> to ensure all requirements for sewer connection(s)are fulfilled prior to release of building permit. If any <br /> extension, connection, or placement of new facilities is required to connect to the existing:Hain sewer line, the <br /> cost shall be borne by the applicant. An improvement plan shall be submitted to Public Works for review and <br /> approval. Plan check and inspection fees will be required. A Plumbing Permit shall be obtained from the San <br /> Joaquin County Community Development Department,Building Division for connection to the sewer main <br /> line. <br /> 8. A terminal drainage system shall be provided in accordance with the San Joaquin County Development <br /> Standards and to provide adequate drainage for the site. (Development Title Section 9-1135.3) <br /> 9. The proposed project disturbs less than one(1)acre of ground and is not part of a larger plan of common <br /> development. The proposed project shall follow the practices of the County"Small Site Stormwater <br /> Management Plan". <br /> Informational Notes: <br /> (i.)
