ZONE RECLASSIFICATION APPLICATION NO. PA-0200442 <br /> JJ OF LES CALKINS (C/O JOSE L. ALVA, ESQ.). A Zone <br /> Reclassification application to rezone a parcel zoned an I-L/S-10 (Limited <br /> Industrial/ Special Zone). The applicant wants to delete condition one, <br /> which requires public service for discretionary projects. Located on the <br /> west side of State Route 99 West Frontage, northwest comer of West <br /> Frontage and Woodbridge Road, Acampo (APN: 013-210-51; Address: <br /> 19501 N. State Route 99 West Frontage Road, Acampo). <br /> Jennifer Jolley, Associate Planner; Les Calkins, owner and Jose Alva, applicant were present for <br /> this item. <br /> Ms. Jolley introduced the project, and reviewed the Community Development memo. Ms. Jolley <br /> asked the applicants if there are or were three different businesses on the parcels. Mr. Alva <br /> indicated yes. <br /> Mr. Martin asked if the Community Development Department memo was accurate. Mr. Alva <br /> indicated yes. <br /> Mr. Alva stated that he understood Staff's interpretation of the General Plan, and expected the <br /> recommendation of denial. <br /> Mr. Martin suggested that the applicants have a Site Plan prepared for the Planning <br /> Commissioners to show them the zoning in the area and what business are on the different <br /> parcels. <br /> Ms. Jolley informed the applicants that the Planning Commission hearing is scheduled for <br /> November 21, 2002. <br />
