Fremont Street, Stockton APN: 143-330-29 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Fremont Street has a variable existing right-of-way width and a planned right-of-way width per Caltrans. <br /> Oro Street has an existing right-of-way width of 50-feet and a planned right-of-way width of 50-feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : <br /> 1 . An encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9- 1145 .4 and 9- 1145 . 5) <br /> 2. The owner/developer shall install complete frontage improvements on Fremont Street and on Oro Street, <br /> within the limits of the site, including, but not limited to, curb and gutter, commercial type driveway <br /> installation and additional pavement widening as needed. All improvements shall be in conformance with <br /> the current Improvement Standards and Specifications of the County of San Joaquin. Improvement plans <br /> and specifications shall be submitted for review and are subject to plan check and field inspection fees and <br /> must be approved prior to issuance of building permit.
