Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066) that this development has met the <br /> requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. The project shall be served by a public sewer collection system constructed in conformance with the <br /> requirements of the San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Services Division and the <br /> Department of Public Works. The City of Stockton shall verify that the appropriate Right of Service Units for sanitary sewer has been <br /> paid for the proposed application prior to issuance of a building permit.
