Fremont Street, Stockton <br />The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br />pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br />modified. <br />A. Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by The <br />Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br />1115.3 and 9-1115.6). <br />B. Submit application for a hazardous waste permit to the Environmental Health Department. <br />C. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and <br />discharged to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health Department. <br />A registered engineer must design this system. The material collected in the above ground <br />holding system must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior to disposal. Specific test <br />requirements may be obtained from the Environmental Health Department. A $190.00 plan <br />check fee is required at the time of submittal. <br />D. If hazardous material is stored on site, applicant must register with County Office of <br />Emergency Services. <br />E. If hazardous waste is generated, applicant must obtain an EPA identification number and <br />comply with applicable regulations. <br />F. Contact California Integrated Waste Management Board (CIWWMB) and obtain a Tire <br />Program Identification Number (TPID) prior to operating for information on used and waste <br />tire manifesting. <br />G. Contact the Environmental Health Department, Waste Tire Program staff at (209) 468-3420, <br />prior to operating for information on used and waste tire manifesting. <br />H. To haul more than 9 used or waste tires at a time the vehicle must be registered with the <br />CIWMB as a waste tire hauler. <br />MH0 <br />
