Retaining wall <br /> details shall be submitted where applicable. <br /> 3. Grading in excess of 5, 000 cubic yards shall comply with <br /> Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading Requirements. " <br /> 4 . All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be <br /> incorporated in the grading plans. <br /> 5. All compaction reports must be submitted prior to a <br /> foundation inspection. <br /> 6. All radia permits are subject to approval b the other <br /> grading P 7 PP Y <br /> departments. <br /> 7 . All grading authorized by the permit shall be approved <br /> prior to issuance of any building permits, or beginning <br /> of any construction. <br /> C. The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> E <br /> 1. Provide parking for the physically handicapped. The <br /> space shall be located as close as possible to the <br /> primary entrance (C. C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> 2. Provide identification signs for the parking spaces <br /> including the "tow away" sign at each entrance or visible <br /> from each space (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> C.
