No spillover beyond the <br /> property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, that such <br /> light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][4]) <br /> h) LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way width of <br /> Freemont Street, shall be installed across the frontage of the project site. Items stored within one hundred (100) feet of a <br /> dedicated street or residential zone shall not be stacked higher than two (2) feet above the <br /> adjacent screen. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1710.2[g]) <br /> k) BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS: The following California Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans <br /> before submittal to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> (1) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements(C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> (2) All recommendations of the soils engineer that were included in the soils report shall be <br /> incorporated in the construction drawings. <br /> (3) The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> (4) Provide parking for the physically disabled.
