Fremont Street, Stockton APN: 143-280-32 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Fremont Street(State Route 26)has an existing right-of-way width of 80 feet and a planned right-of-way width of <br /> 110 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. A Caltrans encroachment permit shall be obtained and the access driveway approach shall be improved in <br /> accordance with Caltrans requirements including truck turning radii and shall accommodate laden haulers <br /> prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> 2. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the <br /> Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. (Resolution R-00-433) <br />
